Rolling Suds was founded decades ago, but only began franchising last year.
The original corporate entity teamed up with Aaron Harper, a franchising veteran who was a senior exec at ChemDry, and helped lead the carpet cleaning franchise to 400+ territories.
Now he’s using all his experience both in home-services and franchising, as the CEO of what looks like an incredibly high potential franchise that specializes in power washing services.
You don’t need to be a math wizard to see the ridiculous potential of building out a territory with this brand. The sample size is of course just 1 corporate entity, but nonetheless they show the best ROI in the home-services arena.

Talk about a cash flowing business…..this may be a niche, unsexy category, but sometimes those are the opportunities that get overlooked quite often.
I’ve yet to get an updated FDD (note that these numbers are from the 2022 FDD), however if you’re not interested in the brick & mortar franchise world, Next Day Accessibility is a prime example of the potential of service businesses.
And of course, this franchise isn’t in the home-services category which dominates the non-brick & mortar franchise opportunities, so I’d also use this as a sign to search far & wide through all the categories of franchising before picking a brand to commit to!

This was a super fun conversation where I caught up with Joe Sexton, the co-founder of Ace Pickleball Club.
