The Wolf’s Take 🍟

Sip Fresh is very new to the franchising, but comes in with impressive numbers via their affiliate location.

They serve specialty drinks that could be fruit juices, smoothies, teas, horchata, and more. The branding is top notch as well, and I’m not gonna lie it had me salivating while I was researching them.

I mean you cant deny folks, I don’t even know what’s in half of these but damn they look good!!

But on a serious note, the model requires a small square footprint and is lighter on labor, which is why you see a healthy potential profit.

Check out Sip Fresh if you’re interested in the food/bev space!

The Wolf’s Take 🍟

Spray foam insulation contracting is another classic example of an unsexy business that can pay well.

As I’ve said before, sometimes the ROI of service businesses may appear a bit higher than the real number, as franchises don’t always disclose how many territories the numbers are based on.

In other words, Spray Foam Genie definitely is showing impressive unit economics, but the territory they operate in could require multiple franchise fees.

If you want to compete in the home services world – which is ripe with opportunities – Spray Foam Genie looks like an interesting new franchise to explore.

This episode is a bit different than others as we kinda just talk shop as it relates to franchising – but I think you’ll enjoy listening as a fly on the wall.
