The Wolf’s Take 🍟

Hck Hot Chicken has only been franchising for about 2 years and has yet to fully take off.

However, via Krokit data, they’re showing growth prospects of 280%, meaning that while there’s only 5 locations open as of the beginning of this year, between units signed on for and the franchisors projections, HCK expects to open almost 15 more locations in the near future.

If those locations perform as well as the affiliates have, I’d expect a lot of multi-unit franchise owners to jump into this brand!

The Wolf’s Take 🍟

Tint World locations once again performed great in 2022, as they did the year prior.

As you can see, they simply have great 4-wall economics. And the financials this year are based on a greater sample size of 67 locations that were open for the full calendar year.

They also have a growth prospects of 160%, so don’t be surprised if my coverage on them next year shows that they have well over 200 locations open and operating.

If you’re simply looking for a franchise with a great return on invested capital, I’d look into this one. And if there’s anyone out there reading this who owns a Tint World or works for them – I’d love to hear from you! Shoot me a reply!

Chad Coulter – Biscuit Belly

What would you get if IHOP and southern boozy brunch had a baby?

Biscuit Belly!

I had a ton of fun talking to the co-founder, Chad Coulter, as well as their investor Chuck Schnatter, who is part of the founding family of Papa John’s.
