The Wolf’s Take 🍟
A pet peeve of mine is when non-brick & mortar franchises don’t break down territories into single units – but thankfully Fresh Coat did.
Seeing the average revenue of $527,000 it gives a good baseline for a potential return off of setting up 1 franchise. If you were to scale to multi-territories, you’d pay another franchise fee for each territory, but it still can be a worthwhile investment.
One question I would ask is what caused the locations to have dipped recently, as they decline from 174 total locations in 2022, to 166 at the beginning of this year.

The Wolf’s Take 🍟
This is a low cost franchise that doesn’t require brick & mortar, and is targeted at helping anyone injured and in need of rehab on a 1 to 1 basis.
The profitability shown isn’t massive, but it’d be interesting to see if this is something that can scale to a bigger operation, given the low investment needed.
